Piece of crap. Regret being an "early adopter." Major bugs re connectivity. Completely unreliable. Absolutely ZERO customer support.

Until Piper switches to ZigBee, it remains a low resolution security camera. I have 3 door sensors and Piper can only see 2 at a time no matter where the hub is positioned. Z-Wave is obviously not powerful enough to reach past 5-10 meters. Now the camera: uses a fisheye lens that shows a distorted VERY low resolution mage!

Ive been using piper for 3 weeks now and I can say that its an excellent system for the price, many users seem to have connection problems, but Ive been testing mine and it never failed to notify me with the motion detection or door sensor, I live in a 1000sqf apartment and piper never failed, I guess a good internet connection and a excellent router will do the job, as for the camera quality... Yes its not excellent but your not using the camera to make movies... Its just to see whats going on, I would have given 5 stars if the camera quality was better but I still recommend the unit 100%

On most days, I cant even connect to the App. Basically useless if I cant open App to turn on the system. I tried it when I went on vacation and there is again connection issues as it shows on my App that the door is open on Z wave sensor when its actually closed. No connection to App half of the time is unacceptable. There is still geofencing, its a hassle to turn it on and off multiple times during a day.

Great product, only two things missing. Please add iPhone 6plus support. Not optimized for iPhone 6plus. Plus please add widget for today screen. Would be the perfect app if these features were added

Have 3 for almost 2 years. Gets better with every update. NV has good camera. Easy to setup & use

1) Re-arm for x duration (immediate, 1,3,5,10 mins). 2) Upgrade; More anti-analyzing zoomed camera or resharpen as much as possible when zoomed in. 3) Upgrade; More integration with z wave door lock (is kwikset) and devices that work with alarm.com such as thermostats, z wave cameras, etc. Or even integration with 2gig go-control alarm zwave panels 4) Upgrade; when previewing cameras - a quick record function / button that saves footage clips immediately and a way to mute the audio (audio feedback can be painful sometimes). 5) Upgrade; Rules can have Ifttt - if when statements tied to motion, sound, temperature and z wave devices that allows for specific time durations. 6) Bug Fix; Better support for iPhone 6 plus - resolution could be further enhanced (if possible) 7) Bug Fix; fix phone call / push notifications (doesnt call /push notify me) when set (ios 9) 8) Upgrade; A detailed sound, humidity, light, motion, etc stat report that can single out each function in real time like what Canary has instead 9) Upgrade; View all piper cameras same time on one screen

I cant delete all the old notices and videos. When I do, they pop right back in.

The thing youre doing with Life360 is unacceptable. Youre forcing us to use another app, drain our battery, so you can just give us an option that canary is offering from day1. Shameless. This has to be done within your app. I dont wanna trust my location data to any one else (as if you werent enough).

Piper is a home run. This is unbelievable value!

Very difficult to read the indoor outdoor temperature with the new update. Dont really need the screen shot on main page. Wish I could revert to the old one.

They are taking away more than their giving

Harder to navigate now...can barely read in/out temp....give us back the old one, or at least a choice!

After loading the new version, I had to reconfigured my whole system...;((( not impressed my the so called new features...

Piper wouldnt arm with IF and 360

The new piper app sucks. Extremely slow and lagged. Please give us a option to revert back to the old app or fix it asap. Thanks.

App very simple and fast to use. It allows access to all services of value offered in a simple and immediate. The vote is not maximum just because it could improve the management and display of the details of the environmental parameters recorded, providing filters and aggregations of data, providing the ability to access historical information.... management orientation of the device, and make the most the space offered by ipad ... these functionalities, if added, would make the application excellent ..

Perfect upgrade!! all i needed

Ive had it for almost a year and used to work perfectly. In the last couple of weeks, its been eating up data like crazy. I had to turn the cellular data off and turn it on only when I need to check because its been eating up a lot of data (like 7 GB in two weeks) even when I dont even use the app!!! If you have a limited data plan, this wont work until they fix the app.

Only works half the time. Once an alarm is set, itll for maybe an hours, but when I walk into my home I get no push notifications! Really disappointed in Piper. Not at all what I thought it would be. I checked my "rules", deleted the account app, reinstalled, reset the Piper device, checked my connection...same issue.
