Lack of notifications

Only works half the time. Once an alarm is set, itll for maybe an hours, but when I walk into my home I get no push notifications! Really disappointed in Piper. Not at all what I thought it would be. I checked my "rules", deleted the account app, reinstalled, reset the Piper device, checked my connection...same issue.
