Connection problems

On most days, I cant even connect to the App. Basically useless if I cant open App to turn on the system. I tried it when I went on vacation and there is again connection issues as it shows on my App that the door is open on Z wave sensor when its actually closed. No connection to App half of the time is unacceptable. There is still geofencing, its a hassle to turn it on and off multiple times during a day.
