Data consumption out of control

Ive had it for almost a year and used to work perfectly. In the last couple of weeks, its been eating up data like crazy. I had to turn the cellular data off and turn it on only when I need to check because its been eating up a lot of data (like 7 GB in two weeks) even when I dont even use the app!!! If you have a limited data plan, this wont work until they fix the app.
