Disappointed

I loved the piper NV-until the latest app update-now the system disconnects while Im not home-the dashboard is less user friendly with less functionality but more stylish..Which Im sure is what they were going for-i dont know how to use the two way com anymore and it is so so so slow to load now-and lastly just try to get support..Its miserable..Piper please fix this or i want my $300 back
